Unknown to most of the public or for that matter other realtors and mortgage brokers, there are parts of Surprise that qualify for a special government zero down program. The buyer must have $500 to $1000 for an earnest money deposit. In many cases, the buyer receives some or all of the deposit back. This is a huge opportunity for buyers. The City of Surprise Arizona skate park will be 17,000-square-feet of skateboarding fun. The Surprise AZ Skate Park will be built west of DreamCatcher Park on the Surprise Arizona Recreation Campus, located south of Bell Road and off Bullard Avenue.

The Skate Park budget is $905,000 and the park's opening is tentatively scheduled for fall 2008.
